If you're a beginner, check out either Beginner Dumbbells or Bodyweight & Bands, which are self-paced programmes specifically designed for beginners. If you're already strength training, it'll be a choice between my Dumbbells subscription (2-3 days per week) or Barbell+Dumbbells (3-4 days per week). Make a choice based on the equipment you have available to you and your capacity for training. Lastly, my Barbell Foundations programme is ideal if you've been training with dumbbells and want to build confidence with the barbell. It uses a mix of dumbbells and barbell programming.


For Beginner's Dumbbells and Bodyweight & Bands, sessions tend to start off around 30 minutes and increase to 45 minutes as you progress through the programme.


For my Dumbbells subscription, Barbell + Dumbbells subscription and Barbell Foundations programmes, sessions last around 50 minutes including your warm up, rest periods and end of session stretch.


Sorry, I don't. I'm a small business and it's not feasible for me to do this.


On all training programmes, all sessions are full body. I find this to be a practical, efficient training approach which  helps to promote recovery between sessions.


I am in your pocket every step of the way! You can DM me via the App or chat to me in the Group. I'm available to answer your questions, check your form via video recording (again, super easy to upload these to me via the App), and generally support you if you have any queries or concerns.


I am an advocate for keeping moving and training in whatever way is accessible. I'll be happy to suggest modifcations but please remember a) it's out of the scope of my practice to diagnose and b) I cannot provide so many modifications that it becomes tantamount to creating a bespoke programme for you.


Within the App, every exercise has an informative demo video from me, showing how to do it and talking through key coaching points. You'll be repeating each movement for several weeks in a row, which gives you plenty of time to hone and build confidence. I am on hand to check your form via video recording if helpful.


If you can strength train twice a week, you could spread each 4-week training phase over slightly longer than 4 weeks by doing 3 sessions over 8 or 9 days instead of 7 days i.e. cycle through Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 in sequence but take a little longer to complete them.
